THE DEGREED MBA PROGRAM
The Dilemma
At one time or another, early or late in our lives, many of us start asking ourselves important life questions (both existential and philosophical ones). As a solution, we may choose to go back to school and earn a new degree. After acquiring new knowledge and academic expertise, many of us find that we have not moved any closer to what is truly important to us. We may have gained a promotion or an increase in our salaries, but, often, we find that a degree has not really changed our outlook on life and we are still just as “trapped” as we were before, with few life choices. While education helps increase our skills and possibilities, unfortunately our ineffective behaviors remain and we still feel as if we can not move forward
Our company assists course participants to revive their old, often forgotten, life passion and to discover or re-discover their life purpose. Participants are coached to plan and move forward in alignment with their life purpose and life goals. Some initial participant questions might include:
- What am I here for?
- What is the purpose of my life?
- What do I want to accomplish before I die?
- How do I want to be remembered?
- What is my life legacy?
- What profession best fits my life goal and my life purpose?
- Am I happy in my current profession?
- Do I like the content of my work?
- Do I like to work for others?
- Should I start my own company?
- Am I willing to take a stand in my life and live in the world of possibilities?
- How do I truly achieve economic independence?
- Why do I feel that I am at the effect of my life, instead of being in the control seat?
- Do I truly live a balance life?
- Am I happy where I am?
- What do I do now that I have an MBA degree?
